Dr. Jeannice Fairrer Samani, MBA, takes a vision and makes it a reality. A distinguished global executive leader in technology and data-driven business intelligence for over 20-years of successful innovation and accountability. She is a lecturer at Carnegie Mellon University and Santa Clara University in the School of Engineering. Currently, as CEO at Fairrer Samani Group, a global business intelligence consulting firm that integrates Business and IT Engineering, and Founder of Fifth Wave, a STEM education Initiative. She led successful scaling to international markets in Europe, India, and MENA regions. As an Innovationist™, her initiatives build top-performing companies with management “bench strength” and sustainability.

Jeannice’s professional experiences are focused on building the achievements of individuals, teams, and organizations. As a technologist, advisor, and judge for the Global Entrepreneur Summit (GES), Ignite Stanford University graduate business school program, Santa Clara Engineering program incubator, and INI practicum for Carnegie Mellon University she has worked on several emerging technologies. Her cross-functional development by designing a platform for the integrated engineering departments at Cisco Systems has enabled strategic and practical achievements in product development and Operations Senior Manager for Anita Borg Institute. She collaborates provides strategic leadership to develop business systems for information technology products. Using data-driven analysis, machine learning, python, and AI technologies, Dr. Samani has advised executives on the transformative leadership™ opportunities for their organizations.

Dr. Samani has received several awards from community and business organizations. She is a sought away keynote speaker on technology trends, Advancement of Women & Inclusion, and entrepreneurship. An architect and mentor for the Techwomen program for eight years, Jeannice has traveled to Africa, Central Asia, and the Middle East as a delegate on behalf of the US Department of State as an advocate for girls & women in Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics. She serves as an advisor for Space Apps NASA in Nigeria and Serra Leone, and advisor for Santa Clara University School of Engineering and Carnegie Mellon graduate students.

She is on public and government Boards of Directors. Fairrer Samani holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Columbus University, Masters in City and Regional Planning-transportation engineering from UC Berkeley, MBA in management and sustainability from Golden Gate University, BA in Political Economics / City and Regional Planning from University of California, Berkeley, and Management Development Entrepreneurship from UCLA. Her post-doctorate work from Stanford in business management. She serves on several governments and private Boards of Directors for economic development and STEM education. She is currently writing a book on Managing from the Middle ™: Innovative Leadership for Building Business proposed release date for Fall 2020.
