All services are a contract binding and applicable to the Terms and Conditions outline the Privacy Policy, fees payment approach of Fairrer Samani Group doing business as Fifth Wave Transformative Leaders TM (including, its affiliates, Fifth Wave STEaM Education) to privacy to fulfill its obligations under the applicable privacy laws.

Whilst we make every effort to keep changes to the site to a minimum, we reserve the right to make any amendments to the terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes affecting our business, including but not limited to, changes in technology, payment methods, and legal and regulatory requirements. Privacy Policy

Please note that this Privacy Policy is applicable to all instances where we play the role of a DATA CONTROLLER of your Personal Data when we collect and process personal data about you for offering our products or services (whether or not such role is defined in the applicable legislation).

We process any Personal Data we collect from you and the participant, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations and the provisions of this Privacy Policy. Please read the following carefully to understand our practices regarding your and your child’s Personal Data and how we treat it.

By choosing to visit and/or avail of any Services provided by us, you agree to this Privacy Policy (as may be amended from time to time). Please read the following information carefully. You must be at least 18 years old to register on our site. If you are under 18 years old, you are not permitted to register unless such registration is completed by a parent or legal guardian. By your continued access or use of the Platform, you signify your agreement to be legally bound by the Privacy Policy set forth herein. 1. Personal Data

‘Personal Data’ means any information that may be used to identify an individual, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, including not limited to, a first and last name, physical address, email address, online identifier, or other contact information and/or identity proof documents.

Payment

Payment can be made by certified check, email transfer, or secure online payment through bank transfer. In-person, speaking, and e-learning courses can be booked via the booking forms available on the website under contact or direct email Jeannice@fsgroup.llc. Registration is required prior to the beginning of the session. The training course fees include instruction and materials. Tuition fees must be paid in full upon registration. Seris sessions are paid in installments after the session begins and no later than the final payment 15 days after the last session.

Prices, discounts, and sales taxes
Fairrer Samani Group reserves the right to change prices without notice. The client will be informed based upon an agreed invoice. Early bird discounts (10% off the course fee) are available on in-person training courses. The discount is not available in conjunction with any other offer and places are subject to availability. In some cases, a full or partial scholarship may apply. Please inquire through jeannice@fsgroup.llc. If three or more people book onto the same in-person sessions from the same organization they qualify for a 20% discount off the combined course fees. This discount only applies to Fairrer Samani Group and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Places are subject to availability.
